We have a growing presence in the Residential space across 21 properties and 4000 apartments in Queensland. This is an expanding business with a rapidly growing portfolio.
Job OverviewWe're seeking a highly organized and self-motivated Residential Property Manager to join our team in Brisbane, QLD. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for all facets of day-to-day property management.
Key Responsibilities- Property Management: End-to-end property management, including dispute resolution, insurance claims, and QCAT submissions and hearings.
- Tenancy Management: Ensure accurate preparation of documentation relating to residential tenancies in line with legislation, manage ingoing and outgoing tenancies, and complete entry and exit condition reports.
- Maintenance and Repairs: Coordinate maintenance and repairs to maintain property standards.
- Rent Arrears Management: Manage rent arrears in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Property Inspections: Conduct regular property inspections and ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Marketing and Leasing: Oversee marketing of vacant tenancies and coordinate leasing inspections.
- Customer Liaison: Communicate regularly with clients and stakeholders on property-related matters.
- Highly organized and self-motivated with a high standard of communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for offering excellent customer service.
- Current QLD Certificate of Registration.

This role offers a salary package of approximately $85,000-$115,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. The successful candidate will also receive additional benefits, including professional development opportunities and a competitive remuneration package.
