At DAH-RESIPM Pty Ltd, we're shaping the future of residential property management. We're looking for an experienced Onsite Residential Manager to join our team in Brisbane.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is highly organized, self-motivated and passionate about delivering excellent customer service. As an Onsite Residential Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a residential portfolio, ensuring accurate preparation of documentation, managing tenancies, conducting regular property inspections, and meeting legislative requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end property management, including dispute resolution, insurance claims, and QCAT submissions and hearings with the assistance of Virtual Assistants.
  • Ensure accurate preparation of all documentation relating to residential tenancy in line with legislation.
  • Manage ingoing and outgoing tenancies, including completing entry and exit condition reports, finalising tenancies/handovers.
  • Conduct regular property inspections and ensure compliance with local regulations.
  • Ensure open and on-going communication between all stakeholders related to the property.
  • Meeting the requirements of the Body Corporate Caretaking Agreements and working within all relevant legislation.
  • Prepare Building Management Reports and attend Body Corporate Meetings.

  • Prior experience in a similar role will be highly regarded.

  • You possess a high standard of communication and can relate to others easily.
  • You are passionate about offering excellent customer service.
  • You hold a current QLD Certificate of Registration – required.
