Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Residential Property Portfolio Manager to join our Real Estate Management Services (REMS) team.

This is a dynamic, onsite role based in our Brisbane CBD office. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our client's Queensland Residential portfolio, maintaining close liaison with the client and fostering efficient working relationships.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the portfolio on behalf of the client
  • Organising routine inspection reports and preparing financial summaries
  • Conducting market scans and rent reviews, negotiating new leasing deals
  • Ensuring lease compliance among tenants and landlords
  • Carrying out site inspections as required

To excel in this position, you will ideally have:

  • A current real estate license or certificate of registration
  • A valid driver's license
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in residential property management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A property-related degree (preferred but not essential)
