About this role

The Partner Manager's primary role is to support and drive growth within our partner ecosystem, with a specific focus on ISO and Broker partners. The role encompasses operations support, partner training and upskilling, and ensuring partners have visibility and management of their pipelines. The Partner Manager also plays a critical role in organising and attending partner events to strengthen relationships and improve performance.

What you'll do

  • Support ISO and Broker partners by providing operational assistance and tools that enhance their ability to promote and sell Tyro solutions.

  • Assist in the training and development of partner teams, ensuring they are well-equipped to achieve sales targets and maintain compliance.

  • Maintain accurate visibility and tracking of partner pipelines, offering guidance and reporting to ensure partner success.

  • Organise and attend partner events, enhancing engagement and supporting partner-led initiatives.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, compliance, and sustained partner engagement.

What you'll bring

  • Ideally 3-5 years of partner/channel sales experience, with a preference for experience in ISO/Broker channels.

  • Strong background in SaaS/software solution sales.

  • Proven track record of working within intermediary sales models and methodologies.

  • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.

  • Proficient in using Salesforce or similar CRM/sales management systems.

  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and organised, with a professional attitude.

  • Excellent communication skills across various platforms and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
