About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Partner Success Manager to join our team at ServiceRocket. As a Partner Success Manager, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our partners, driving revenue growth, and ensuring the success of our partnership ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute partner success plans to drive revenue growth and alignment with partner goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, including communication, issue resolution, and feedback
  • Work closely with sales management to maintain success plans and track key metrics
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to communicate partner feedback and drive business growth
  • Design and implement creative partner marketing campaigns to generate leads and drive partner profitability
  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing vendors, addressing concerns and fostering open communication
  • Identify potential new vendors based on industry trends and partner needs, evaluating their capabilities and value addition
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer success, partner success, business development, or account management
  • Strategic understanding of partner ecosystems and go-to-market strategies
  • Good track record of building and maintaining strong, collaborative relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Experience working with marketing and sales processes
  • Strong understanding of enterprise-level SaaS solutions and partner marketing best practices
  • Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation tools
  • Data-driven with the ability to analyze partner performance metrics
  • Proficiency in campaign and events management and ability to execute multiple priorities
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and driven to exceed expectations
Preferred Skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Operating knowledge and experience with software, including collaboration software and Atlassian suite products
  • Experience working with HubSpot, Jira ServiceDesk, and customer success management platforms
  • Familiarity with Atlassian Ecosystem
  • Experience developing and executing marketing campaigns
  • Proficient in various remote workplace productivity/communication tools
  • Experience managing a book of 50+ accounts and/or accounts with $100k+ ACV
