About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Partner Success Manager to join our team at ServiceRocket. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our partners, driving growth and revenue through strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute partner success plans to drive revenue growth and alignment with partner goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, understanding their objectives and key results.
  • Identify opportunities for accelerating alignment and growth, and develop strategies to capitalize on these opportunities.
  • Work closely with sales management to maintain success plans for partners and track towards a plan.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to communicate partner feedback and drive business growth.
  • Manage partner perception of and sentiment toward ServiceRocket, ensuring a high level of execution and commitment.
  • Design and implement creative partner marketing campaigns to generate leads and drive partner profitability.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in customer success, partner success, business development, or account management.
  • Strategic understanding of partner ecosystems and go-to-market strategies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation tools.
  • Data-driven with the ability to analyze partner performance metrics.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and driven to exceed expectations.
