As a result, we have some very exciting career opportunities, come and play a crucial role in the set-up and operations of our new mega Distribution Centre.

We're currently on the lookout for a Part Time Site Administrator to join the team, working 20 hours per week.

How you will contribute

You will, Provide administrative support across to the wider Truganina National Distribution Centre team, including:

  • Mailroom duties (management of internal and external mail)
  • Raise, maintain and reconcile site purchase orders 
  • Partner with site leadership team to support engagement activities 
  • Filing and document management
  • Ordering of site consumables (stationery, kitchen supplies etc)
  • Adhoc stakeholder support (reporting/data entry)
  • Answer calls and emails, responding to queries and requests appropriately, being the first point of call for all internal and external site visitors
