About the Role:

Site Administration is a key position within Onpoint 365, responsible for managing cost tracking, docket management, and accounts payable processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer cost tracking and docket management for schedule of rates contracts.
  • Process subcontractor claims in line with contractual and governance requirements.
  • Manage accounts payable processes, including invoice approvals and payments.
  • Serve as the initial contact for accounts payable queries from suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Support cost data management to enable monthly reporting and productivity analysis.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Cost tracking and budgeting experience.
  • Financial administration experience.
  • Procurement/purchase order experience.
  • ERP and financial software proficiency.
  • Proficiency in Excel and data management tools.
  • Stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Construction industry knowledge.
