Site Administration Specialist

About the Role:
Site Administration is a key position within Onpoint 365, responsible for managing cost tracking, docket management, and accounts payable processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer cost tracking and docket management for schedule of rates contracts.
- Process subcontractor claims in line with contractual and governance requirements.
- Manage accounts payable processes, including invoice approvals and payments.
- Serve as the initial contact for accounts payable queries from suppliers and subcontractors.
- Support cost data management to enable monthly reporting and productivity analysis.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Cost tracking and budgeting experience.
- Financial administration experience.
- Procurement/purchase order experience.
- ERP and financial software proficiency.
- Proficiency in Excel and data management tools.
- Stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Construction industry knowledge.
