Start your career in facilities  We are looking for Facilities Coordinators to join a collaborative and high performing team on the CBRE – ISPT client account across greater Sydney. You will support the Facilities Management team of a premium Commercial Office building in the heart of Canberra. 

As the Facilities Coordinator you will provide a high-level support to the Facilities Management team responsible for the facility management services for several property assets

About the role:

  • Assisting the Facilities Management team with day-to-day operations of the property assets
  • Co-coordinating planned and preventative works including site attendance and meetings
  • Carrying out site inspections and reporting functions
  • Co-ordination of purchase order and invoice processing
  • Ensure tenant satisfaction through enabling the efficient, cost-effective operation and maintenance of all services
  • Maintaining and updating asset registers, supporting documentation and equipment
  • Provide superior customer service and build strong relationships with our client 

About you:

  • Previous experience in a facilities, property, or related role
  • Sound working knowledge all property onsite facilities services, not limited to essential fire safety measures, mechanical services, hydraulic and structural.
  • Contractor management experience within a commercial building environment highly advantageous
  • Excellent customer service and service delivery skills
  • Ability to manage several functions and projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate with a variety of stakeholders.
