Facilities Coordinator Position at CBRE - ISPT

Explore this amazing opportunity to work across the ISPT – CBRE portfolio of assets in greater Sydney. Join a collaborative and high-performing team on the CBRE – ISPT client account and support the Facilities Management team of a premium Commercial Office building in the heart of Canberra.

About the role:

  • Assisting the Facilities Management team with daily operations of the property assets
  • Coordinating planned and preventative works including site attendance and meetings
  • Conducting site inspections and reporting functions
  • Managing purchase order and invoice processing
  • Ensuring tenant satisfaction through efficient, cost-effective operation and maintenance of all services
  • Maintaining and updating asset registers, supporting documentation, and equipment
  • Providing superior customer service and building strong client relationships

About you:

  • Prior experience in facilities, property, or related roles
  • Working knowledge of property onsite facilities services including fire safety measures, mechanical services, hydraulic and structural systems
  • Experience in contractor management within a commercial building environment
  • Strong customer service and service delivery skills
  • Ability to manage multiple functions and projects concurrently
  • Excellent communication skills to engage with various stakeholders
