Are you an “Up-and-Coming” Superstar Business Development Hunter

You will be joining one of Australia’s leading security wholesale distributers who are renowned for their commitment to putting the customer first and selling market-leading brands such as Dahua, Aiphone, ASSA Abloy and Bosch.    
  
Key Responsibilities: 

  • Prospect & Identify: Seek out and identify new business opportunities, targeting potential clients and markets with a strategic approach. 
  • Nurture Leads: Engage with prospects, building relationships and nurturing leads through the sales funnel. 
  • Close Deals: Develop and execute sales strategies to close deals and meet or exceed targets.
  • Collaborate & Learn: Work closely with senior sales leaders, learning from their expertise and refining your skills as a hunter. 
  • Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring continued satisfaction and repeat business. 
  • Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of market trends, understanding industry dynamics to identify opportunities for growth. 
  • Report & Analyse: Track your sales activities and results, providing insights and analysis to drive continuous improvement. 

Qualifications: 

  • Sales Experience: Proven experience in internal sales or a related role, with a strong track record of performance. 
  • Hunter Mentality: A natural drive to seek out and close new business, with a hunger for success and growth. 
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade. 
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical skills and a strategic mindset to identify and capitalize on opportunities.
