**About the Role**

We are looking for an Assistant Development Manager to assist the Ballarat Western Employment Zone project team in all aspects of land development including procurement, construction and cultural heritage management. It’s a great opportunity to learn the foundations of development management especially on the business administration side.
This hands-on role will see you support the team in managing the planning, design, development and delivery of development projects. You will undertake various project tasks to support the team including tracking project milestones, manage and track budgets, forecasting, invoicing, risk and reporting. A strong understanding of contracts combined with legal knowledge will be essential for this position.

**About You**
- Tertiary qualifications Property Development, Construction or Project Management essential
- Previous experience in land development, planning, design and master planning processes
- Strong technical skills with Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Pro or PDF based programs
- Some exposure to the preparation and analysis of financial feasibility studies, budgeting, forecasting and cost monitoring
- Experience working in an environment requiring liaison with, and coordination of, multiple stakeholders.
