Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and strategic Sales Manager to oversee and drive sales growth through key accounts in Brisbane and the greater Queensland area. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our most important clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. You will also lead and inspire a team of sales professionals to achieve outstanding results and contribute to the business's overall success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive growth and achieve sales targets within key accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients.
  • Conduct regular meetings with key accounts to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Negotiate and close high-value deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Oversee and mentor a team of sales consultants, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team objectives.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional activities and events.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience in a senior sales role, preferably within the building or design industry.
  • Strong track record of managing key accounts and achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships at all levels.
  • Leadership experience with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated, with a proactive and results-driven approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Availability to travel as required.
