The Duties:

Reporting through to the Direct Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Lead, mentor, and guide the sales team towards exceeding company targets
  • Foster strong client relationships through exceptional service via email or phone
  • Work with staff to follow up on sales leads and assist customers with the online application process through inbound and outbound calls
  • Oversee sales activities to ensure compliance and meet daily targets
  • Uplift team engagement and create a positive working environment
  • Cultivate a collaborative and results-driven sales team

To be successful in this role, you must have experience in the following areas and possess the below personal qualities:

  • Minimum 2 years experience leading a team of phone based sales specialists
  • Experience working within the financial services sector is advantageous
  • Be an engaging and curious leader with a passion for people leadership
  • Prioritise customer satisfaction and understanding the importance of bringing your team on the journey to delivering value to clients via a customer-centric approach
  • Adaptable and flexible with the ability to adjust strategies based on changing market conditions
