**About this role**
As the Export Sales Team Leader/Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in steering the team's focus on delivering results through effective leadership, mentorship, and engagement. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Championing the company's core values and mission, ensuring the team aligns with safety leadership, customer satisfaction, business ethics, and community involvement.
- Managing daily team operations, prioritizing business and customer needs to meet deadlines efficiently.
- Leading the charge in bid management, project and order management, and the preparation of competitive quotations.
- Acting as a deputy to senior management, holding the team accountable for achieving set revenue forecasts and delivery schedules.
- Facilitating negotiations and ensuring compliance with trade regulations, in close collaboration with legal departments.
- Driving continuous improvement and fostering an environment where best practices are shared and adopted.
- Providing technical assistance to customers, understanding their needs, and offering tailored product solutions.

- A seasoned professional with a solid background in export sales and a deep understanding of the MRO or related industries.
- An inspiring leader with a track record of mentoring teams to excel and deliver beyond expectations.
- Skilled in negotiation and contract management, with a keen eye for technical details and compliance matters.
- Proficient with CRM systems, SAP, or similar platforms, and Microsoft Excel.
- Flexible and willing to travel as needed to meet business objectives and customer needs.
- Excellent communicator, capable of conveying complex ideas effectively and fostering strong relationships both internally and externally.
