Internal Sales Team Leader

**Your next opportunity**:
Lead our internal sales team to manage customer accounts and key relationships to deliver superior service and performance.

We are looking for a sales focused individual with hunter instincts to join Boral's growing Concrete division based in our Milton office.

**Your day will involve**:

- Oversee and manage the internal sales team
- Develop new business opportunities and grow the existing business
- Set and monitor KPI's and sales targets for the team
- Foster a team environment with a continuous improvement culture

**What are we looking for?**
- Demonstrated leadership experience working within a sales position
- Experience in the concrete or construction industry is preferred
- Well-developed verbal communication skills & strong stakeholder management skills
- Sales systems experience (Salesforce, CRM, Command)
- Highly customer focused
- Personal drive and results-orientation
- Strong focus on exceeding set KPIs
