Role Overview
Reporting to the Service Desk Manager, the Service Desk Team Lead is responsible for the delivery of customer-centric service within an efficient service desk. You will delivery effective operational business support activities of the team and delivery knowledgeable incident and service request management.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
- Prior experience in leadership
- Extensive experience providing IT support to large environments
- Knowledge of a service desk environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Prior experience in night shift will be beneficial
- Ability to hold a clearance
