About the RoleThis is a fantastic opportunity to join our dynamic team and take your career to the next level. As a Front Office Team Leader, you'll be responsible for leading the front desk team, managing day-to-day operations, and providing exceptional customer service to our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the front desk team to deliver exceptional customer service
- Manage day-to-day operations, including registration, check-in, and check-out processes
- Ensure accurate and efficient completion of all department-related paperwork
- Utilize communication equipment, including telephones, facsimiles, and computers
- Perform additional duties to assist the Front Office Manager
We're seeking a motivated and experienced individual with a genuine passion for customer service and the hospitality industry. If you have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude, we'd love to hear from you.
- Previous experience in a similar hotel or resort position
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
- High levels of computer literacy and experience with PMS systems
