Service Desk Operator

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Service Desk Operator to join our team at the Westpac Group. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our internal customers, resolving technology issues in a timely and efficient manner, and working collaboratively with our team to drive the evolution of our service desk.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to internal customers via phone, email, and other communication channels
- Respond to and resolve technology-related issues in a proactive and efficient manner
- Collaborate with the service desk team to implement process improvements and drive the evolution of our service desk
Requirements
- Valid Australian working rights
- Availability to work between Monday and Friday, 7:30AM to 5:30PM
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
