About the role

Reporting to the Program Manager, this role is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of allocated People & Culture projects within Bolton Clarke. This role will coordinate teams, manage resources, mitigate risks, communicate with stakeholders, ensure quality, and solve problems as they arise. They play a crucial role in delivering projects on time, within budget, and meeting stakeholder expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Planning: Developing project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating risks throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Communication: Facilitating clear and effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and clients.
  • Stakeholder Management: Engaging and managing expectations of stakeholders throughout the project.
  • Quality Management: Ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and project objectives.
  • Task Coordination: Coordinating tasks and activities to ensure timely completion of project milestones.
  • Problem-solving: Addressing issues and conflicts as they arise to keep the project on track.
  • Budget and Cost Management: Monitoring project expenses and ensuring adherence to budget constraints.
  • Documentation: Maintaining comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports, meeting minutes, and change requests.

About you

  • Experience in a large, complex service organisation will be highly regarded.
  • Experience in project planning and support.
  • Ability to effectively communicate, build relationships and influence stakeholders.
  • Experience with systems and reporting related to project performance.
  • A high level of critical thinking and ability to proactively identify opportunities and resolve issues.
  • Ability to provide logistics support and coordination of multiple parallel initiatives in a timely and effective manner.
