We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to join our dedicated team. As a leader in early childhood education, we strive to create enriching environments that foster the growth and development of young minds.

About the Role

This is a dynamic opportunity for an experienced project management professional to support our educational initiatives across various programs. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and a strong commitment to enhancing educational outcomes.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Program Support: Assist project managers in planning and executing educational programs and initiatives.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Communication: Facilitate communication between team members and stakeholders, providing updates on project progress.
  • Documentation: Support the development of project documentation, including project plans, reports, and presentations.
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct research and analysis to inform project decisions and strategies.
  • Budgeting and Tracking: Assist in budgeting and tracking project expenditures to align with financial goals.
  • Meeting Support: Participate in project meetings, taking minutes and documenting action items for follow-up.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Education, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project management or coordination, preferably in an educational setting.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build positive relationships with stakeholders.
  • A passion for early childhood education and commitment to supporting children's development.

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
