Maintenance Supervisor

**About the role**

We are looking for a qualified/experienced Landscape Maintenance Supervisor with an enthusiastic and positive work ethic to join our team in Golden Grove. You will need a proven track record in delivering high quality landscape maintenance works through industry best practice, excellent knowledge and standards of OH&S. You will be managing multiple projects and providing support, training and mentoring to junior staff and Apprentices. You will have a ’can do’ attitude with a strong commitment to contribute as a part of a team.

This role is a full-time permanent position available for an immediate start. You will be based out of our Golden Grove Depot located in the North Eastern Suburbs.

**Experience and Skills**
- Experience in all aspects of commercial landscape maintenance
- Excellent time management skills. This includes the ability to plan, prioritise and organise multiple projects and work requirements, including staff and resources.
- Reliable and punctual
- High level interpersonal and communication skills, including negotiation. You must have the ability to communicate and build relationships with all levels of stakeholders
- Good computer and literacy skills
- An eye for detail and a strong customer focus
- Practical decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Current Drivers Licence and White Card

- Coordinating landscape maintenance contracts
- Delivering a high-quality end product to exceed client's expectations
- Meet timelines and budgets
- Reporting to the Area Manager
