We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager Associate to support our dedicated team at Discovery Early Learning Centres. As a leader in early childhood education, we strive to create enriching environments that foster the growth and development of young minds.
About the RoleThe Project Manager Associate will play a crucial role in supporting project management efforts across various initiatives within our organization. This position requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and a strong commitment to enhancing educational outcomes.
You will collaborate closely with project managers to ensure that all phases of projects are executed smoothly and efficiently. This includes assisting in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects to meet our timeline and budgetary goals.

Key Responsibilities- Assist project managers in planning and executing various educational programs and initiatives.
- Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Facilitate communication between team members and stakeholders, providing updates on project progress.
- Support the development of project documentation, including project plans, reports, and presentations.
- Conduct research and analysis to inform project decisions and strategies.
- Assist in budgeting and tracking project expenditures to align with financial goals.
- Participate in project meetings, taking minutes and documenting action items for follow-up.
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management or coordination, preferably in an educational setting.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build positive relationships with stakeholders.
- A passion for early childhood education and commitment to supporting children's development.
This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
