Responsibilities
  • Assist project managers in the planning and execution of various educational programs and initiatives.
  • Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Facilitate communication between team members and stakeholders, providing updates on project progress.
  • Support the development of project documentation, including project plans, reports, and presentations.
  • Conduct research and analysis to inform project decisions and strategies.
  • Assist in budgeting and tracking project expenditures to align with financial goals.
  • Participate in project meetings, taking minutes and documenting action items for follow-up.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Education, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project management or coordination, preferably in an educational setting.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build positive relationships with stakeholders.
  • A passion for early childhood education and commitment to supporting children's development.
