About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to lead our team in delivering projects across Bolton Clarke. This role will oversee project planning, execution, and completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget and meeting stakeholder expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning: Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure effective resource allocation and risk mitigation.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle to minimize potential threats.
  • Communication: Facilitate clear and effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and clients to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Stakeholder Management: Engage and manage expectations of stakeholders throughout the project to maintain a positive relationship.
  • Quality Management: Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and project objectives to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Task Coordination: Coordinate tasks and activities to ensure timely completion of project milestones and deadlines.
  • Problem-solving: Address issues and conflicts as they arise to keep the project on track and resolve problems efficiently.
  • Budget and Cost Management: Monitor project expenses and ensure adherence to budget constraints to maintain financial control.
Requirements
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years' experience in project coordination or a related field, preferably in a large, complex service organization.
  • Skill Set: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Additional Skills: Experience with systems and reporting related to project performance, and a high level of critical thinking to identify opportunities and resolve issues.
