Project Overview

This role plays a crucial part in delivering projects on time, within budget, and meeting stakeholder expectations. Reporting to the Program Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of allocated People & Culture projects.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
  • IDentify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle to minimize potential issues.
  • Facilitate clear and effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and clients to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Engage and manage expectations of stakeholders throughout the project to maintain strong relationships.
  • Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and project objectives by implementing quality management processes.
  • Coordinate tasks and activities to ensure timely completion of project milestones.
  • Adddress issues and conflicts as they arise to keep the project on track.
  • Monitor project expenses and ensure adherence to budget constraints.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports, meeting minutes, and change requests.
About You
  • You have experience working in a large, complex service organisation, preferably in project planning and support.
  • You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to build relationships and influence stakeholders effectively.
  • You have experience with systems and reporting related to project performance and can identify opportunities for improvement.
  • You have a high level of critical thinking, enabling you to proactively address issues and resolve problems efficiently.
