Our client is a global market leader in their industry and are currently seeking a highly skilled AV/IT Support Specialist to join their team based in Sydney CBD.
  
In this role, you'll primarily focus on providing desktop support to professionals and clients, covering installation, configuration, troubleshooting and maintenance. You'll handle tasks like Active Directory, Office 365 administration, Microsoft Teams, Video conferencing, Wi-Fi management and device management.
  
An initial 6-month contract with a potential of full-time extension, this on-site role offers a competitive salary package depending on experience.
  
Skills and experience will include but not be limited to:

  • 2+ years of desktop support experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Active Directory, Office 365 and Microsoft Teams
  • Strong skills in Wi-Fi, video conferencing and device management
  • Experience with connecting and managing audio-visual devices, especially during office relocations or floor shifts
  • Ability to maintain detailed documentation and manage IT procedures through ticketing systems
  • Excellent customer service skills, with experience in communicating effectively with VIPs and executive stakeholders

The ideal candidate should demonstrate a strong technical background in IT Support, possess excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, and be a proactive and collaborative team player.
