Job Title: AV and Technology Support Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced AV and Technology Support Specialist to join our team at Westpac. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality AV and Technology support to our employees and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide dedicated support to employees of Westpac, including setting up and operating AV equipment for meetings and events, troubleshooting and video conferencing support, and liaison with suppliers as required.
  • Examine and test machines, equipment, instruments, and control systems to diagnose faults, followed by adjusting, repairing, and replacing worn or defective parts and wiring to ensure optimal performance.
  • Reassemble, test, and fine-tune equipment after repairs, while also providing users with guidance on correct operating procedures to prevent malfunctions and extend equipment lifespan.
  • Investigate, analyse, and recommend appropriate solutions to achieve the customers' objectives.
  • Work with stakeholders across the business to deliver first-class outcomes for employees and customers.
