**AV Support Specialist**:

This is a junior role that will join our Information Technology team. As our AV Support Specialist, you will work with our AV Technology Specialist to assist with all aspects of AV in the office. This includes, but is not limited to user support, AV hardware setup, maintenance and service, and all other important technology needs we have here at SafetyCulture.

**How will I spend my time**:

- You will support and assist in supporting audio visual for events in the Sydney office.
- You will conduct daily sound, visual, and performance quality checks on all AV equipment throughout the office.
- You will operate sound and visual equipment during live events, ensuring events run smoothly.
- You will provide high customer service while supporting staff in a fast-paced environment.

**About you**:

- You have a passion for AV and IT and a desire to do more than just “keep the lights on”.
- You can bring excellent customer service and focus on the needs of the entire SafetyCulture user base.
- You have basic hand-tool and manual handling ability.
- You bring a high level of attention to detail and responsiveness.
- You have 'Ownership' mentality; can assume responsibility for tasks and be trusted to deliver.
- You have a positive 'can-do' attitude, be team-oriented and able to infuse others with similar enthusiasm.

**Skills you'll need**:

- Experience with VC Platforms like Zoom.
- Experience with supporting audio-visual technology for events.
- Experience with both Mac and Windows operating systems.
- Experience with video mixing hardware and software such as ATEM and Vmix are a plus.
