Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled AV and Technology Specialist to join our team at Westpac. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality AV and technology support to our employees and facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support for AV equipment and systems, including setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
  • Liaise with third-party AV suppliers to deliver technology for meetings and events.
  • Consult with stakeholders to understand their AV and technology needs and provide solutions to meet those needs.
  • Monitor and maintain AV equipment and systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with other teams to deliver first-class outcomes for employees and customers.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Experience with production AV technology across all disciplines (audio, video, lighting) essential.
  • Experience in a corporate AV environment essential.
  • Experience in an installation AV environment beneficial.
  • Some knowledge of Crestron control systems preferable.
  • General video conference knowledge and experience.
  • MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Previous experience with installing and maintaining electronic instruments and control systems.
  • Extensive knowledge of electrical, electronic, mechanical, and system upkeep.
