Speech Language Pathologist

About the Role:
As a Speech Pathologist at our practice, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of people across the lifespan. Responsibilities:
- Comprehensive Assessments and Reports
- NDIS Reports
- Providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions for clients across the lifespan of all cultural backgrounds
- Maintaining accurate and confidential client records
- Collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure integrated care
- Participating in clinical supervision and professional development activities
- Adhering to ethical guidelines and professional standards
- Create therapy plans for Speech Pathology Allied Health Assistants to follow & manage their progress
- Train the next generation of Speech Pathologists in our AHA role
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Current registration with Speech Pathology Australia
- Strong theoretical knowledge and practical experience in various therapeutic modalities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport and establish therapeutic relationships with clients
- Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development
- Reliable, empathetic, and non-judgmental approach to client care
- Current Working with Children Check
- National Police Clearance
- COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate
- Experience working with diverse populations is highly desirable
- ABN
- Professional indemnity and public liability insurance
