    Responsibilities:

    • Comprehensive Assessments and Reports
    • NDIS Reports
    • Providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions for clients across the lifespan of all cultural backgrounds
    • Maintaining accurate and confidential client records
    • Collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure integrated care
    • Participating in clinical supervision and professional development activities
    • Adhering to ethical guidelines and professional standards
    • Create therapy plans for Speech Pathology Allied Health Assistants to follow & manage their progress
    • Train the next generation of Speech Pathologists in our AHA role

    Qualifications and Requirements:

    • Current registration with Speech Pathology Australia
    • Strong theoretical knowledge and practical experience in various therapeutic modalities
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to build rapport and establish therapeutic relationships with clients
    • Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development
    • Reliable, empathetic, and non-judgmental approach to client care
    • Current Working with Children Check
    • National Police Clearance
    • COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate
    • Experience working with diverse populations is highly desirable
    • ABN
    • Professional indemnity and public liability insurance
