About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Communications Specialist to join our team, providing clinical services to NDIS participants aged 0-65. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with clients who have various presentations, diagnoses, and disability types.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality clinical services to NDIS participants in early intervention, school age, adolescent, and adult services.
  • Work across various environments, including family homes, group homes, day programs, schools, preschools, community settings, telehealth, and office locations.
  • Collaborate with internal professional development opportunities, including Special Interest Groups, Monthly Discipline-Specific In-services, and Multi-Disciplinary In-services.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology.
  • Registration with SPA.
  • Previous experience as a Speech Pathologist working with NDIS participants in a clinical or community setting (preferred).
  • A car and valid driver's license.
  • A National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check & NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or ability to acquire one for client-facing roles.
