Speech Pathologist

Key Responsibilities- Provide life-changing speech pathology services to NDIS participants in Maitland and surrounding areas
- Create therapy plans and deliver interventions that support participants in achieving their goals and maximizing NDIS funding
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of passionate and dedicated allied health professionals
- Build meaningful relationships with participants and their supports (family, carers, friends)
- A competitive salary package ($90,000 - $110,000 per annum) including additional benefits such as vehicle options, laptop, phone, and performance bonuses

- Ongoing professional development and guidance from experienced Speech Pathologists

- Bachelor's degree in Speech Pathology or a related field
- Current SPA Registration
- A positive and flexible approach to work
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team

This is a full-time position, however part-time would also be considered. As a Speech Pathologist at Everyday Independence, no two days will be the same: you'll work in diverse settings, utilise evidence-based measurement tools, create therapy plans, and provide life-changing speech pathology services to support participants in achieving their goals and maximising NDIS funding.
