Speech Pathology Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Speech Pathologist to join our multidisciplinary team at HealthcareLink Support. As a Speech Pathologist at our practice, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of people across the lifespan.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments and provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions for clients across the lifespan.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records, adhering to ethical guidelines and professional standards.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure integrated care and participate in clinical supervision and professional development activities.
- Create therapy plans for Speech Pathology Allied Health Assistants to follow and manage their progress.
- Current registration with Speech Pathology Australia.
- Strong theoretical knowledge and practical experience in various therapeutic modalities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish therapeutic relationships with clients.
- Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development and a reliable, empathetic, and non-judgmental approach to client care.
