The Role

We are seeking a full-time Speech Pathologist to join our team in Maitland and surrounding areas. As a Speech Pathologist at Everyday Independence, you will provide life-changing speech pathology services to NDIS participants.

This position offers a competitive salary package based on experience, plus additional benefits such as vehicle options, laptop, phone, and performance and loyalty bonuses. You will enjoy calendar control, creating a week that works for you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and develop therapy plans for participants using evidence-based measurement tools.
  • Provide high-quality speech pathology services in diverse settings, including homes, schools, and community centres.
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of allied health professionals to deliver exceptional outcomes.
  • Build meaningful relationships with participants and their supports, attending weekly team meetings to share stories of impact and success.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Speech Pathology.
  • SPA Registration.
  • A positive and flexible approach to work.
  • Strong communication skills and a team player attitude.
  • Commitment to personal and professional development.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • NDIS Workers Screening Check.
  • Working with Childrens Check.
