Full Time Speech Pathologist Opportunity in Maitland

The RoleWe are seeking a full-time Speech Pathologist to join our team in Maitland and surrounding areas. As a Speech Pathologist at Everyday Independence, you will provide life-changing speech pathology services to NDIS participants.
This position offers a competitive salary package based on experience, plus additional benefits such as vehicle options, laptop, phone, and performance and loyalty bonuses. You will enjoy calendar control, creating a week that works for you.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and develop therapy plans for participants using evidence-based measurement tools.
- Provide high-quality speech pathology services in diverse settings, including homes, schools, and community centres.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of allied health professionals to deliver exceptional outcomes.
- Build meaningful relationships with participants and their supports, attending weekly team meetings to share stories of impact and success.
- A competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $120,000 per year, based on experience.

- Bachelor's degree in Speech Pathology.
