Largest Australian owned company in their field is seeking an experienced Project Administrator to work in their Macquarie Park location. 

As a Project Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting 8 Project Managers in various tasks. You will be responsible for providing administrative and organizational support to the project managers, ensuring smooth project workflows and efficient communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and correspondence
  • Assist in the preparation and maintenance of project schedules.
  • Liaise with tradies, suppliers, and clients to ensure timely communication and coordination.
  • Provide administrative support for project meetings
  • Deal with local councils for permits etc
  • Provide purchase orders
  • Negotiation of terms
  • Assist with the preparation of project reports and presentations.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of project management processes and systems

Qualifications and Experiences:

  • Proven experience as a Project Administrator or similarrole in trades industry
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience using Excel and other Microsoft products and project management software
  • Relevant studies in Project Administration
  • You will have a natural head for numbers
