Job Description:

We are seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. As an integral part of our Administration department, you will provide exceptional administrative support to our management, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to management, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and correspondence composition.
  • Liaise with external suppliers to arrange events, meetings, and travel, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Manage schedules, coordinate logistics, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Assist with various administrative tasks, including processing travel expenses, preparing presentations, and taking meeting minutes.
  • Contribute to ad-hoc projects as required by the country's needs.


Education and Experience:

To succeed in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's Degree in a related field and have at least 4 years of working experience, preferably in a multinational company environment.

Estimated Salary Range:

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
