Job Description

A highly sought-after Project Manager is required to lead our Sydney Head Office team in the successful delivery of fitout and refurbishment projects.

We are looking for an individual with a strong background in project management, who can effectively manage teams, drive projects from procurement to completion, and ensure quality, program, and constructability are met.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage your delivery team.
  • Manage and drive projects from procurement to final completion.
  • Responsibility of ensuring quality, programme & constructability is met.
  • Coordinate and oversee client and stakeholder meetings.
  • Knowledge and understanding of WHS requirements, industry standards, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Build professional business relationships internally and externally.
  • Contract administration, invoicing, and project variation management.
  • Mentor and train junior staff members.
  • Create and promote a positive team environment by managing team members and ensuring behaviours align with company values.
Requirements for this Role

We require a minimum three (3) years of experience as a Project Manager in the retail, hospitality, and commercial sectors working on projects between $500k and $15 million.

You will also need:

  • Strong interpersonal relationship skills.
  • From a trade or shopfitting background.
  • Experience in hospitality, education, aged care.
Estimated Salary Range

The estimated salary range for this role is between $90,000 and $140,000 per annum, depending on experience.
