Project Manager - Fitout and Refurbishment

About the company

With 15 years experience across NSW, this boutique Fitout Company is expanding their Sydney Head Office team.  They are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager.
 
 Job Description

  • Lead & manage your delivery team. 
  • Manage & Drive projects from procurement to final completion. 
  • Responsibility of ensuring quality, programme & constructability is met.
  • Co-ordinate & oversee client and takeholder meetings.
  • Knowledge and understanding of WHS requirements, industry standards and complies with company policies and procedures.
  • Builds professional business relationships internally and externally.
  • Contract administration, invoicing and project variation management
  • Mentor & train junior staff members
  • Create & promote a positive team environment by managing team members & ensure behaviours align with company values.

Requirements for this role  

  • Minimum three (3) years experience as a Project Manager in the retail, hospitality and commercial sectors working on projects between $500k and $15 million
  • Strong interpersonal relationship skills 
  • From a Trade or Shopfitting background
  • Experience in Hospitality, Education, Aged Care
