  • Crafting an outstanding front of house experience with a high level of attention to detail in all areas, especially with respect to our client and visitor experience
  • Having impeccable presentation, friendly and professional communication skills, and the ability to host and interact with visitors, including staff, suppliers and clients on a variety of levels
  • Manage leases and office setup/updates/fit out/renovations project
  • Manage reliable reception functions – couriers, distribution of mail, catering etc
  • Manage with the induction of new team members including workstation set-ups for new and relocating staff
  • Develop, improve and review administrative systems and policies

Requirements

  • 8 - 10 years of experience in a related field, such as management or financial reporting, preferred
  • Strong problem solving, critical thinking, coaching, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to plan for and keep track of multiple projects and deadlines
  • Exceptional leadership and time, task, and resource management skills
  • Bachelor’s degree
