About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team at Findmea, a national employment agency with a passion for finding the right people for the right roles. As an Administration Officer, you will play a key role in managing the administrative functions of our business, working closely with our General Manager to ensure the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage payroll, including processing employee payments and benefits
  • Process invoices, bills, and perform basic bookkeeping tasks
  • Complete reconciliations and manage running costs
  • Onboard new employees and ensure their details are accurately recorded
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to phone calls, emails, and queries in a timely and professional manner
Requirements
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven administration experience, with a focus on payroll, bookkeeping, and customer service
  • Proficiency in Reckon accounting software, with the ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Ability to work independently, with a high level of autonomy and self-motivation
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality results
