Dexus are seeking a highly driven Senior Manager, Leasing, to contribute to the development of specific leasing strategies and execution of office leasing services across the NSW portfolio.

The Opportunity

As a Senior Manager, Leasing in Office, you will oversee consultation and strategic execution of leasing services with the Asset Managers, and Divisional Portfolio Managers across the New South Wales office portfolio. In addition, you will assist with the development and drive implementation of best practice leasing process and innovation. Lastly, you will champion new business initiatives and customer experience strategies both internally and externally.

You will make an impact by:

  • Developing leasing and marketing strategies in collaboration with Asset and Property Management teams and external leasing agencies.
  • Implementing leasing and marketing strategies directly or jointly with agency partners.
  • Advising on key leasing risks throughout the portfolio and assisting Asset Managers with strategy implementation.
  • Effectively managing and fostering relationships with existing and potential customers, tenant representatives and leasing agents.
  • Position the Dexus portfolio as the premier choice amongst tenant representatives by developing strong relationships and prompting early discussions.
  • Taking a proactive approach to canvassing, tenant targeting and networking.
  • Ensuring an exceptional customer experience by maintaining a strong customer focus.
  • Taking ownership of the management, negotiation, and execution of new leases and renewals.

About You

You are a highly commercial, agile and efficient Leader in the office leasing market. You enjoy working independently, with the support of a strong team and brand behind you. You are a natural relationship builder, with sound stakeholder influence and management ability. You understand the importance of negotiating and driving a process, whilst maintaining strong levels of attention to detail. You will bring:

  • Tertiary qualification in either a property, business, finance or commerce discipline. Further studies in property or business desirable.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding and experience in office leasing, tenant advisory or corporate real estate with relevant experience in additional office markets.
  • Strong industry network with high level of credibility with agencies and tenant representatives.
  • Ability to execute complex leasing transactions and negotiations.
  • Execution of best-in-class marketing campaigns and leasing strategy development.
