About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Leasing Consultant to join our team at Gough Recruitment AU. As a Senior Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for managing high-end properties and clientele in the Inner City.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be the face of the business and conduct open homes for high-end properties
  • Liaise with prospective tenants and landlords to process applications and source suitable tenants
  • Manage your own day and be in control of your calendar and appointments
  • Work with a business that will support your career growth and encourage you to develop within the business
Requirements
  • Must hold a certificate of registration
  • Experience in Real Estate is ideal, but impressive entry-level candidates will be considered
  • Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
  • Highly organised, lead by example, and able to work autonomously
  • High attention to detail and high level of customer service
  • A strong team player and happy to offer support when needed
  • The ability to build and maintain new relationships
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
What We Offer
  • Paying up to $70,000 package + LUCRATIVE commissions
