Colliers is seeking a highly skilled Senior Leasing Manager to join our Occupier Services team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional leasing services to our clients, a large Telco with a national footprint.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver leasing services to clients as per client contract, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion.
- Successfully negotiate lease renewals and reduced rental agreements, driving value for our clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, driving business results.
Requirements
- Proven experience in leasing transactions, with a strong background in property management.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to navigate complex client relationships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate Excel and lease management software.
- Experience working with major corporate clients, with a strong understanding of their needs and expectations.
