Position Summary: 

  • Assist with the restaurant service period, tending to the guests and exceeding their expectations. 
  • Engage and inspire guests throughout the complete food and beverage experience.  
  • Maintain outlet cleanliness and ensure all checklists are completed daily with a focus on attention to detail. 
  • Understand guest requirements and deliver service excellence with each customer experience. 
  • Collaborate with your Food and Beverage team in general operational tasks.  
  • Assist with the bar service period, tending, stocking, and cleaning the bar.
  • Fulfill any special banquet event arrangements requested by guest and attend to in-house events. 
  • Replenish buffet items to ensure consistency and freshness in presentation from opening to closing. 
  • Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers, anticipating their needs and enabling future bookings
