Demolition Labourer

We are seeking a skilled Demolition Labourer to join our team in Melbourne. As a Demolition Labourer, you will be responsible for performing demolition work, assisting trades on site, and reporting to site management.

• Demolition Work: Perform demolition work including the use of a jackhammer and other power tools such as drill, grinder, reciprocating saw, etc.
• Site Assistance: Assist trades on site, including manual handling and heavy lifting.
• Site Management: Report to site management and ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
• Waste Management: Organize site waste, including plaster, steel, aluminum, and general rubbish.
• Site Clean-up: Ensure the site is clean and tidy at the end of each day.

• Construction White Card: Hold a valid construction white card.
• Experience: Have a minimum 12 months experience working on construction sites.
• OH&S Awareness: Demonstrate awareness of OH&S procedures and standards.
• Teamwork: Be willing to work well within a team environment.
• Physical Stamina: Have the physical stamina to work a full 8-hour workday.
• Tickets and Licenses: Possess other tickets and licenses (desirable, but not essential).
