The Role
The Learning & Development team is a mix of experience and fresh eyes, and we are excited to bring in a resource to help us grow. As an E-Learning Developer, you'll play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing engaging and interactive e-learning content. From instructional design to multimedia integration, you'll collaborate with teams to deliver high-quality learning experiences that resonate with our audience.
 
This role will be required to work from our Kewdale Training Centre in Perth.
 
Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop interactive e-learning modules using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar platforms.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to analyse learning needs and objectives.
  • Create engaging multimedia content, including graphics, animations, videos, and simulations.
  • Ensure e-learning content is accessible, responsive, and optimised for various devices.
  • Conduct quality assurance testing to identify and resolve any technical issues.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in e-learning development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Proven experience in e-learning development, including instructional design principles, multimedia content creation, and LMS integration.
  • Proficiency in authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar software.
  • Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and other web technologies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
