Learning and Development Professional | Mining Industry | Global Expert

We are seeking an experienced Learning and Development Specialist to join our People, Culture & Governance (PC&G) Team at Bridgestone Mining Solutions Australia (BMSA). As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and delivering learning experiences that drive business outcomes and support the growth of our employees.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement an emerging Learning and Development program across BMSA and Otraco businesses
- Provide strategic advice and support to business leaders on learning, development, and training needs
- Design and deliver soft skills programs across the enterprise
- Manage the development planning process and source external training opportunities as needed
- Support the delivery of agreed BMSA and Otraco programs and administer governance of L&D training programs
- You have a proven track record in learning project management and consulting, with experience working in a large operational organization with a diverse workforce
- You possess a strong understanding of RTOs and associated programs, qualifications, and governance requirements
- You are a solutions-oriented individual with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- You are proficient in working with various learning management systems and have a demonstrated ability to respond to a rapidly changing environment
