**The Opportunity...**

Due to steady business growth in our Trade channel, we have developed a dedicated role as part of our sales team servicing dedicated Auto Electrical & Air-conditioning workshop customers. The primary responsibilities of this exciting new role are to build and develop strong relationships and generate significant new business growth within existing and new customers allocated within the **Kewdale & Midland** area.

This is a great opportunity looking to build a strong, lasting career in sales with an industry leader

**As an Account Manager - Auto Elec & A/C your duties will include (but not be limited to)**:

- Manage the territory in line with Napa's Customer Value Proposition, collaborating with key internal and external stakeholders to meet the requirements of the strategic business plan.
- Maintaining a customer territory and maximising business opportunities and sales growth.
- Attend Sales Meetings, Trade Shows & Product Training as required.

To be considered for this opportunity, your history will demonstrate:

- Industry Account Management experience is preferred in either of the following sectors:

- **_ Automotive Electrical_**:

- **_ Automotive Air Conditioning_**:

- **_ General Mechanical_**
- Prior achievement in areas of responsibility, specifically sales results, customer relationship development and territory management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to negotiate, influence decisions, facilitate outcomes and achieve results.
- Sound business acumen and numerical competency.
- Proven ability to prioritise workloads and
- Outgoing nature with a positive and motivated approach who enjoys working within a fast-paced environment and can work calmly under
