About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Learning and Development Specialist to join our People, Culture & Governance (PC&G) Team at Bridgestone Mining Solutions Australia (BMSA). As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and delivering learning experiences that drive business outcomes and support the growth of our employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement an emerging Learning and Development program across BMSA and Otraco businesses
  • Provide strategic advice and support to business leaders on learning, development, and training needs
  • Design and deliver soft skills programs across the enterprise
  • Manage the development planning process and source external training opportunities as needed
  • Support the delivery of agreed BMSA and Otraco programs and administer governance of L&D training programs
About You
  • You have a proven track record in Learning and Development project management and consulting
  • You have experience working in a large operational organization with a diverse workforce
  • You are a solutions-oriented individual with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • You have a strong understanding of RTOs and associated programs, qualifications, and governance requirements
  • You are proficient in working with various learning management systems
